Serving time (Ready Time) is the time, at which the guest requests to serve the dish (dishes) of the block. The value of the block's serving time must be greater than or equal to the remind time. When the Split by courses operation is used, the serving time is calculated automatically, according to the values of the Minutes to Next property of the courses.
