Replacing dishes at the cashdesk
It is possible to replace the dishes while placing an order in case of a human error if the waiter chose the wrong dish.
Replacing does not mean deleting, thus it will not appear in the deleted dishes report. Replacing is only possible for the unsaved blocks.
If the employee does not have the rights to decrease the order price, only dishes of the same price or more expensive are available.
To replace a dish with some other dish, select the dish to be replaced and tap on the one to replace. Below the screenshot displayes Dish #3 replacing Dish #2.
The dishes should be from the same category, if not, the new dish is added as a new one.
If the Modifiers were added to the dish, they would be cancelled after the replacement.
Only the employees with the rights to decrease the order price can replace the dish with the one cheaper, otherwise the confirmation window will be displayed.
