The kiosk allows you to assign a table number to orders of a certain type, to which the paid order should be delivered.

Near the kiosk, there are signs with numbers hanging on them. The customer makes an order, takes a sign, indicates the number when creating an order, goes to a table, and puts the sign on it. The number is displayed on the KDS so that staff knows which table to bring the order to. In this way, the queue at the order pickup area is reduced, as orders are brought directly to the table.

To configure go to the kiosk Service menu, then to the section Settings > Main settings

  1. Enable MANDATORY INPUT OF TABLE NUMBER
  2. In the CODE TYPE ORDER TO DISPLAY TABLE NUMBER parameter, specify the order type code for which table selection should be displayed
  3. In the TABLE NUMBER INPUT TYPE parameter, select which keyboard to use to enter the number
    • Keyboard – display a regular keyboard for entering a table number;
    • Numeric Keypad – Displays the numeric keypad to enter the table number.
  4. Optionally, enable the LIMIT TABLE NUMBER LENGTH option and in the TABLE NUMBER LENGTH option, specify the maximum number of characters in the number.

The window for entering the table number appears immediately after selecting the order type.
