Changing Email
If there is a need to change the user's email, this can be done in your personal account.
For security reasons, only the user himself can change the email, as the system will require you to enter a password.
For this:
- Log in to the license system
- Go to the user card
- In the E-mail field, enter the address to which you want to transfer your personal account
- Enter the user's password in the Password field.
If you do not enter a password, you will not be able to change your email: an error message will appear.
Click OK and enter your password - Click the Save button.
Done, the email address has been changed.
The system will save the changes and open the authorization page.
Enter your new username and old password.
Check the mailbox of the email address you provided.
After changing the email, a message with a username and password is automatically sent there.
After the first authorization with a new email address, we recommend changing the password.
