A software upgrade order is a request to replace one product installed at the object with another.

To make an order for a software upgrade:

  1. Go to Orders > Upgrade
  2. Select the products you want to replace and specify the number of master licenses
  3. For each replacement software, select one or more replacement products with the number of master licenses
  4. Attach files if necessary, add comments
  5. Click the Order button.

After the order is confirmed, the master licenses of the products that were replaced will appear in the object card in the list of available master licenses.
