User: implement a technical account designation.

Now it is possible to separate integration accounts from others using a separate flag in the user profile.

Technical users have the following properties:

  • they cannot be deleted

  • their rights and roles cannot be changed.

The right to set the flag is granted to users with the role of DEALER_MANAGER.
