Mailing list: implement mailing based on the "Action Required" status
Now, every Monday, a mailing list is sent to the dealer's email address containing objects that require action in the Licensing System.
An attachment with additional object data is included with the email
Expected result – changing the object status in the Licensing System to the current status, with client feedback indicated.
