To add an item to the particular guest's order, tap the “+” button in the appropriate line. 
The system will switch to Menu mode and dishes will be added to the selected guest.
Find the desired dish using the search (by name or code) or select it from a group of items. 
The added item will have a black background and a counter of the selected quantity will be displayed in the lower left corner. And at the bottom of the window a notification about the added item and two operations will appear: Delete and Edit.
Each tap of the button for a dish adds another portion. 
To delete the last selected portion, tap the button 
.
To add items to another guest, you can switch between guests using the top panel.
To view the list of selected dishes, return to order mode using the Back button.
For each guest, a list of added items and the total amount for each guest will be displayed.
When you use the Order on the menu screen setting, the menu area will be divided into two parts: the order area and the menu area. Therefore, the list of added items to the guest line will be immediately visible.
If an item's Portions property for adding to an order has the Merge value selected, all portions added in a row will be displayed in the order in one line with the total quantity.
The Merging of items is interrupted by choosing another item from the menu.
For other values of the Add to order parameter, each added portion will be displayed as a separate line in the order.
To change the parameters of the selected item (change quantity, select modifiers, or assign serving order), go to dish editing mode 
. This panel appears at the bottom of the screen after selecting an item to order.
If the “Order on the menu screen” setting is enabled, when you select a previously added dish in the order area, the window for editing this dish will open automatically
