If all the dishes in the order have been sent and it doesn't contain any deferred packages, it can be paid in the Payment mode. In the Payment mode, you can pay for either the entire order or for particular guests.
If you need to make a partial payment for your order, use the Split bill operation. In this case, the selected dishes will be transferred to another order that needs to be paid.
