Order numbering is generated separately for each kiosk and for each mode (“Payment at the kiosk”, “Payment at the cash register”).
Order number in the "Payment at the kiosk" mode
The order number format in the "Payment at Kiosk" mode can be assigned:
- in the kiosk manager panel;
- in the r_keeper manager panel.
Order number assigned in the kiosk manager panel
To assign the order number format in the kiosk manager panel, you need to set the USE EQ NUMBER FROM RK7 parameter to “No” in the kiosk settings in the “Main Settings” section.
The order number assigned in the kiosk manager panel can be presented in four ways:
1. The first Latin letter, "hyphen," and the sequential number. To generate such numbering, you need to assign the parameter ORDER NUMBER PRESENTATION TYPE IN QUEUE the value “First Latin” in the kiosk settings in the “Main Settings” section. The Latin letter is assigned according to the code of the kiosk cash register used (the sequential number of the letter in the Latin alphabet corresponds to the code of the cash register station).
If monitors are used in the restaurant kitchen, synchronize the numbering by assigning the appropriate value "VDU" or "KDS" to the parameter TYPE OF ALGORITHM USED FOR RECEIVING LETTERS FOR ELECTRONIC QUEUE in the section "Main Settings".
2. The first Cyrillic letter, "hyphen", a sequential number. To generate such numbering, you need to assign the parameter ORDER NUMBER PRESENTATION TYPE IN QUEUE the value “First Cyrillic” in the kiosk settings in the “Main settings” section. The Cyrillic letter is assigned according to the code of the cash register kiosk used (the sequential number of the letter in the Russian alphabet (without considering the letter "ё") corresponds to the code of the cash register station).
If monitors are used in the restaurant kitchen, synchronize the numbering by assigning the appropriate value "VDU" or "KDS" to the parameter TYPE OF ALGORITHM USED FOR RECEIVING LETTERS FOR ELECTRONIC QUEUE in the section "Main Settings".
3. Station number, sequential number. To generate such numbering, you need to assign the parameter ORDER NUMBER PRESENTATION TYPE IN QUEUE the value “Station number” in the kiosk settings in the “Main settings” section. The station number is assigned according to the code of the cash register kiosk used. For example: 2 - cash register station code, 56 - sequential number.
4. Card code. To generate such numbering, you need to assign the parameter ORDER NUMBER PRESENTATION TYPE IN QUEUE the value “Card code” in the kiosk settings in the “Main settings” section. The card code is assigned in accordance with the last 4 digits of the card used for payment.
Order number assigned in the r_keeper manager panel
To assign the order number format in the r_keeper manager, you need to set the USE EQ NUMBER FROM RK7 parameter to “Yes” in the kiosk settings in the “Main Settings” section.
The order number assigned in the r_keeper manager panel can be represented in three ways:
1. The first Latin letter, "hyphen", a sequential number.
To create this numbering, you need to go to the kiosk manager panel in the Settings-Parameters section and assign the Electronic Queue Number Format parameter the value First part – latin char («First Latin»). A Latin letter is assigned according to the code of the cash desk used by the kiosk (the ordinal number of the letter in the Latin alphabet corresponds to the code of the cash station).
2. The first Cyrillic letter, "hyphen", a sequential number.
To create this numbering, you need to go to the kiosk manager in the Settings-Parameters section and assign the Electronic Queue Number Format parameter the value First part – Cyrillic («First Cyrillic»).
A Cyrillic letter is assigned according to the code of the cash station used by the kiosk (the ordinal number of the letter in the Russian alphabet corresponds to the code of the cash desk).
3. Station number, sequential number.
To create this numbering, you need to go to the kiosk manager in the Settings-Parameters section and assign the Electronic Queue Number Format parameter the value First part – Station Code («Station Number»). The station number is assigned in accordance with the code of the used kiosk cash station. In the example: 2 is the cash station code, 56 is the sequential number.
Order number in the "Payment at cash register" mode
The order number in the "Payment at cash register" mode can be presented in one way:
The first character, the sequential number. To generate the numbering, you need to set up the kiosk in the "Main settings" section:
- assign a value in the form of a number or letter to the parameter PREFIX USED IN ORDER NUMBER. Please note that the prefixes in the order numbers for different kiosks must be different. Also, in the “Payment at a kiosk or at the cash register” mode, the prefixes for the “Payment at a kiosk” case should not match the prefixes for the “Payment at the cash register” case;
- assign the ORDER NUMBER LENGTH parameter the value - the number of digits (after the prefix) in the order number that is transmitted to the cash register.
