To use r_keeper CRM (CRM) coupons and discounts you need:

  1. Current integration of r_keeper CRM with r_keeper based on the FarCards module;
  2. Issued CRM cards with QR code and configured coupons (product, sum, discount) and/or discounts. Product coupons in r_keeper should be configured as 100% discount.

The client can log in using a QR code at any time, except when on the start screen. A window will open with information about the client, the number of bonuses, other currencies on the account, and the Coupons and Pay buttons.

Clicking on the Coupons button takes you to a window where you can select coupons or a discount (coupons that are not currently available for use are not displayed).

When you select a dish using a coupon, a pop-up window appears:

When you click the Add button, the dish will be added to the order, when you click the Cancel button, you will return to the previous menu. If the customer has several coupons, when adding a coupon, you will return to the list of coupons, if the last coupon is added, you will return to the order.

The Pay button will be active if there are any dishes in the basket.

When you click the Pay button, a window appears with a choice of payment method:

To pay with bonuses, you need to click on the Bonuses button. After that, a window appears with the available number of bonuses for payment and the amount required for payment.

After selecting Pay, you should specify the amount to be written off with bonuses.

The remaining amount should be paid by card (fiscal currency).
