Invoking the Service Menu

The Service Menu (manager panel) can be opened up in the following ways:

  • Press the gear icon on the screen
  • Enter the touch password in kiosk lock mode.

Open the Service Menu using a touch password in kiosk lock mode

You can enter the Service Menu (manager panel) from the locked kiosk screen by entering the touch password.

The touch password is configured in the manager panel in the section Settings > Manager settings > Password for opening the authorization window parameter. A combination of one, two, three or four parameters is assigned:

  • Upper left corner
  • Lower left corner
  • Upper right corner
  • Lower right corner.

You need to enter the password in the sequence specified in the configuration (tap on the indicated corners of the screen). If the password was entered incorrectly, you have to wait 10 seconds and then enter the password again.

Entering the code, personal password and shift password

To activate login using a code and password in the service menu, go to the Manager Settings section and assign the value No to the DISABLE SHIFT PASSWORD REQUEST parameter.

Then after invoking the service menu, a window appears:

in which you need to enter:

  • the employee code and their password for the manager's station.
  • the shift password, you can find it in your email or in the pass.txt file.

To resend the shift password, click the red Resend Password button.

A form will open where you need to enter the employee code and their password for the manager's station.

The shift password is valid for the specified shift; when the shift is closed, the password is generated again. If you enter an incorrect password, a message will appear.

Shift Password Disabling

You can disable the request for a shift password. To do this, in the Manager Settings section of the Service menu, set the DISABLE SHIFT PASSWORD REQUEST parameter to Yes
