To create scenes and go to Service Menu > Scenario Editor.

Creating scenes

To create a new scene, go to the "NEW SCENE" section.

Creating the "Screensaver" scene

Example of filling in the settings:

Scene Name – specify the name of the scene

Scene Description – fill in a brief description of the scene if needed

Select scene type – Screensaver

Show time in screen (Scene display time) – the time a scene is displayed on screen, in seconds

Screensaver position – select one of the values:

  • Fill (fills the entire space without distorting the image)
  • Stretch (fills the entire space with distortion of proportions if they do not match the kiosk)

Selector code for link generation — specify selector code that will be redirected to when clicking on the scene image. If this setting is not filled in, the redirect will be to the main menu of the kiosk.

Apply for localize (Select Localization (Language Pack)) – select one language for which this scene will be displayed, or select For all localizations to display the scene for all languages.

Path to file in server center – specify the path to the file containing the scene image.

When loading a video file, the Play video sound parameter is added:

You can also add  individual localizations and files for them.

Create scene — save the created scene after filling in the settings. The next time you edit the settings, the button is called Save Scene.

Creating the "Gallery" Scene

Example of filling in the settings:


Scene Name – specify the name of the scene

Desc (Scene Description) – provide a brief description of the scene if necessary

Select scene type – Gallery

Apply for localize (Select Localization) (Language Pack) – select one language for which this scene will be displayed, or select For all localizations to display the scene for all languages.

Title – write a title above the image of the offer.

Select content – select the menu item or selector codes from the list provided to be offered in the pop-up ad

You can also enable additional options:

  • Prevent manually changing the quantity of dishes in the basket
  • The cost of the dish should be taken into account when calculating the scenario conditions for the order amount
  • Remove the dish from the basket in violation of scenario conditions.

Path to file in server center – specify the path to the file containing the scene image.

You can also add   individual localizations (language packs) and files for them.

Create scene — save the created scene after filling in the settings. The next time you edit the settings, the button is called Save Scene

Creating the "Banner" scene

Example of filling in the settings:

Scene Name – specify the name of the scene

Desc (Scene Description) – provide a brief description of the scene if necessary

Select scene type – Banner

Apply for localize (Select Localization) (Language Pack) – select one language for which this scene will be displayed, or select For all localizations to display the scene for all languages.

Select content – select the menu item or selector code that will be redirected to when clicking on the banner.

You can also enable additional options:

  • Prevent manually changing the quantity of dishes in the basket
  • The cost of the dish should be taken into account when calculating the scenario conditions for the order amount

Path to file in server center – specify the path to the file containing the scene image.

– add file and content. When adding multiple files, they appear on the screen one by one and are replaced every 5 seconds.

– add a new localization (language pack) and a file for it.

Create Scene – save the created scene and its settings. When editing settings next time, this button is called Save Scene.

Creating the "Offer Panel" scene

Example of filling in the settings:

Scene Name – The name of the scene;

Desc (Scene Description) – provide a brief description of the scene if necessary

Select scene type – Offer Panel

Apply for localize (Select Localization) (Language Pack) – select one language for which this scene will be displayed, or select For all localizations to display the scene for all languages.

Title – write a text that will be displayed above the image of the offer.

Select content - select the menu item code to be offered when executng the scenario

You can also enable additional options:

  • Prevent manually changing the quantity of dishes in the basket
  • The cost of the dish should be taken into account when calculating the scenario conditions for the order amount

Path to file in server center – specify the path to the file containing the scene image.

Creating "Recommendations" Scene

Example of filling in the settings:

Scene Name – specify the name of the scene

Desc (Scene Description) – provide a brief description of the scene if necessary

Select scene type – Recommendations

Apply for localize (Select Localization) (Language Pack) – select one language for which this scene will be displayed, or select For all localizations to display the scene for all languages.

Add the required number of steps by clicking  to add a new step. In each step:

  • specify the title for offered menu items
  • select the required menu items and categories to display. Objects are added by code. You can add multiple objects separated by commas without spaces in one step.
    Both individual menu items and categories can be used in one step.
    The categories available for selection are the classification categories specified in the Settings > Basic Settings section in the Classification for defining dishes in the category recommendation engine parameter.
  • Sort alphabetically — when enabled, menu items or categories in the recommendation are displayed in alphabetical order. When disabled, menu items are displayed in the order in which they were added to the scene.

Creating "Info" Scene

Scene Name – specify the name of the scene

Desc (Scene Description) – provide a brief description of the scene if necessary

Select scene type – Info

Apply for localize (Select Localization) (Language Pack) – select one language for which this scene will be displayed, or select For all localizations to display the scene for all languages.

Add the required number of blocks (up to 5) by clicking the button  in the Select Block Type line

    • image (available formats: jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, picture block height 200 pixels). You will need to specify the path to the file with the image.
    • title — enter the text you would like to display in the info window. The number of characters is unlimited.
    • text - enter the text you would like to display in the information window. The number of characters is unlimited.
    • picture (QR code) (you can add an image that is not a QR code: available formats: jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, picture block size 340*340 pixels (adapted for displaying a QR code). You will need to specify the path to the file with the picture. 
    • Italic text (italics) — enter the text you would like to display in the information window. The number of characters is unlimited.
      You can add up to five block types by clicking on +. All selected options will be displayed in a single information window.

      It is possible to distribute blocks within the Information window by sequentially filling in the values ​​in the Select block type line. For example, if you need text in the header of the information window, select the Text value in the first block. If you need a QR code at the bottom of the window, select the Picture (QR code) value in the fifth block.

In the fields Timer for displaying a window with information after the order is payed and Delay time before opening the information window, you can specify the time in seconds for which the information window will be displayed and what the delay will be before showing the scene, that is, how long before the scene the window with the order number will be displayed.

Fields work only if the scenario mode User paid for the order is selected.

Path to file

To select a file in scenes:

  1. Click on the Select File button
  2. In the window that opens, find (download) and select the desired file. Files from the WebData/files folder are displayed

    — ability to add a new folder
    — upload a file from the device. After selecting the file, it will be placed in the WebData/files folder.
     — search for a folder or file by name
      — sort files by name
    —  delete file.

List of scenes, deleting scenes

To access the list of created scenes, you need to go to the Scene List section.

Scene Name – name and type of scene in brackets

Last modified – date and time of the last change to the scene (dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm:ss).

To delete a scene, you need to click on the button .

Creating a scenario

To create a new scenario, go to the NEW SCENARIO section.

Only one scenario can be added for each mode.

Creating a Scenario for "Intro" Mode

Scenario Name – enter the title of the scenario

Select mode – select the mode in which the scene will be displayed: Intro

Scenario Display Conditions – Select the conditions for displaying the scenario. If no conditions are selected, the scene will be played in all restaurants at any time.

  • Restaurant code — enter the code of the restaurant where the order is made; in the form XXXX, you can enter several restaurants, separated by commas;
  • Business period — select from the list the code of the business period in which this scenario will work. You can select several business periods.

Select scene – select a previously created scene with the appropriate scene type (Intro).

Create scenario – save the created scenario and its settings.

Creating a scenario for the "User has entered the menu but hasn't ordered anything yet" mode.

Scenario Name – enter the name of the scenario

Select mode – select the mode in which the scene will be displayed: Show menu, cart empty User has entered the menu but hasn't ordered anything yet

Scenario Display Conditions – select the conditions for displaying the scenario. If no conditions are selected, the scene will be played in all restaurants at any time.

  • Restaurant code – enter the code of the restaurant where the order is made; in the form XXXX, you can enter several restaurants, separated by commas.
  • Business period — select from the list the code of the business period in which this scenario will work. You can select several business periods.

Select scene – select a previously created scene with the appropriate scene type (Gallery).

Create scenario – save the created scenario and its settings.

Creating a scenario for the "User adds items to the order" mode.

Scenario Name – enter the name of the scenario

Select mode – select the mode in which the scene will be displayed: Adding dish in cart (User adds items to the order)

Scenario Display Conditions – Select the conditions for displaying the scenario. If no conditions are selected, the scene will be played in all restaurants at any time.
You can select several conditions.

  • Code of the last menu item added to the order
  • Selector code of the last menu item added to the order
  • Code of the selector of menu items included in the order
  • Code of the selector of menu items not included in the order
  • Restaurant code — enter the code of the restaurant where the order is made; in the form XXXX, you can enter several restaurants, separated by commas.
  • Business period — select the business period code in which this scenario will work
  • Menu item code in the order
  • Code of a menu item missing from the order
  • Minimum order amount
  • Order amount is a multiple of the minimum amount — when this setting is enabled, offer a dish not only when the minimum order amount is reached, but also when it is a multiple of it.
    The system can be utilized for promotional offers tied to minimum order amounts, which will result in an increase of the average check size. For instance, when a customer places an order totaling 450 rubles, the system will offer a pastry for 10 rubles instead of its regular price of 30 rubles. Subsequently, the same discounted pastry will be offered at increments of 450 rubles (e.g., 900 rubles, 1350 rubles, etc.). Simultaneously, another promotional offer can be set up for orders reaching 1000 rubles—such as offering a burger for 80 rubles—depending on how the scenario is configured.
  • Maximum order amount

Select Scene - Select a previously created scene with the appropriate scene type (Intro).

Creating a scenario for the "User is ready to place an order (transition to "My order")" mode


Scenario Name – enter the name of the scenario

Select mode – select the mode in which the scene will be displayed: Go to basket (User is ready to place an order (transition to "My order")

Scenario Display Conditions — select the conditions for displaying the scenario. If no conditions are selected, the scene will be played in all restaurants at any time. 
You can select several conditions

  • Code of the selector of menu items included in the order
  • Code of the selector of menu items not included in the order
  • Restaurant code — enter the code of the restaurant where the order is made; in the form XXXX, you can enter several restaurants, separated by commas.
  • Business period – select from the list the code of the business period in which this scenario will work
  • Menu item code in the order
  • Code of a menu item missing from the order
  • Minimum order amount

Creating a "Recommendations" Scenario

The scenario is used to set up Recommendation Chains.

Scenario Name – enter the name of the scenario

Select mode – select the mode in which the scene will be displayed: Recommendations

Scenario Display Conditions — select the conditions for displaying the scenario. If no conditions are selected, the scene will be played in all restaurants at any time.

  • Restaurant code — enter the code of the restaurant where the order is made; in the form XXXX, you can enter several restaurants, separated by commas.
  • Business period – select from the list the code of the business period in which this scenario will work.

Select the Code of the last menu item added to the order and/or the Category ID of the last menu item added to the order, the menu item or category that will trigger the chain of recommendations. You can select multiple menu items or categories for one scenario.

Select Scene - Select a previously created scene with the appropriate scene type (Recommendations).

Create scenario – save the created scenario and its settings.

Creating a scenario for the modes "User goes to the selector" or "User paid for the order"

Scenario Name – enter the name of the scenario

Select mode  User goes to the selector or User paid for the order. Using the Add Mode button, you can add these two modes to one scenario.

Scenario Display Conditions — select the conditions for displaying the scenario. If no conditions are selected, the scene will be played in all restaurants at any time.

  • Restaurant code — enter the code of the restaurant where the order is made; in the form XXXX, you can enter several restaurants, separated by commas.
  • Business period – select from the list the code of the business period in which this scenario will work.
  • Selector Code — enter the selector code that will display the scene when clicked

Select Scene - Select a previously created scene with the appropriate scene type (Info).

Create scenario – save the created scenario and its settings.

Adding multiple scenes to one scenario

You can add several scenes, then they will appear one after another in the order of placement in the scenario. To add another scene, you need to click the button . To delete a scene, you need to click on the button .

Adding multiple modes to one scenario

It is possible to add several modes to one scenario. To do this, click the Add mode button.

To delete one of the modes, you must click on the Delete button.

Activating the scenario

To activate the scenario, you need to click on the Set scenario active button,

after which this button will be called Deactivate scenario.

Only one scenario can be active. That is, when one of the scenarios is activated, the other will stop running.

Scenarios list, deleting scenarios

To go to the list of created scenarios, go to the Scenarios list section.

Scenario Name – enter the scenario name

Last modified – date and time of the last scenario modification (dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm:ss).

The active scenario is marked with a sign .
