The directory (Order - Guest types) contains types of company guests.
Guest types will be available for selection at the cash register when creating an order. Guest types can be used when setting up discounts (in detail).
Properties of guest types:
Main
Code – a unique code of the directory element in the system. It is assigned automatically, but can be changed manually;
Name – the name of the directory element;
Alt. Name – the name of the element in an alternative language;
Status – the status of the directory element;
Visual Type
Background color — the background color of the button. You can select a color from the list or from the palette, which is called by double-clicking the left mouse button in the property value area;
Arrange Style — the relative position of the image and text;
Image — selecting an image for the object;
Text color — the color of the text. You can select a color from the list or from the palette, which is called by double-clicking the left mouse button in the property value area.
Restrictions
Object Privilege — an access right that an employee needs to be able to edit an object on the manager station.
Order
Max. Guests – This field allows you to enter the maximum allowed number of guests of the described type. If left blank, it will automatically default to zero, indicating no limit on the guest count. The value entered here is validated when creating a company through the New Order form.
When adding an additional seat in the Order Edit form, the excess of seats is not checked;
Min. Guests – this field allows you to enter the minimum number of guests of the described type. The value specified in this field is checked when creating a company in the New Order form when filling in the input field for the number of guests; Labels corresponding to the number of guests are displayed.
Confirm Guests – in this field you can enter the minimum number of guests that requires confirmation from an employee with such rights.
Labels – this field is used to create templates with labels. A label is an alphanumeric identifier of a seat.
Templates for guest labels
The label field is used to enter sets of labels to identify guests at the cash station.
Label templates are set in the properties of the selected guest type. The number of names is equal to the number of guests and, accordingly, a certain set of labels will be displayed when selecting a certain number of guests in the order. Labels will be read as a set of labels for the order if they are written in one line and separated by a comma or space.
For example, for the guest type "Family" there are several options for selecting guest labels. In this case, the options will be displayed when selecting two, three, four guests in the order.
If the waiter cannot select suitable standard guest designations from the existing ones, he can enter his own (0 – 10 characters) at the cash register.
