Manager Station Settings Group

Visual Type Subgroup

  • Receipt layout (reference) — layout for printing receipts from the report window;
  • Font name for layout designer (string) — name of the font used in the print layout editor;
  • Proportional font for manager station (string) — font for RK components (used in the form editor);
  • Hide unavailable (Boolean) — hide menu items in manager station directories if the user lacks privileges for them;
  • Hide elements if no privileges (Boolean) — hide elements in directories if the user lacks privileges for the corresponding object;
  • Receipt format (reference) — detail form from which the layout for displaying the order (from the Check View component) in the cube report window will be taken;
  • Small text font (string) — used for RK components in the form editor;
  • Fixed-width font (string) — used for RK components in the form editor.

Restrictions Subgroup

  • Do not control menu item codes (Boolean) — the parameter is set to "enabled" if uniqueness of element codes does not need to be controlled, allowing elements with the same code to be created;
  • Non-unique external menu codes (Boolean) — the parameter is set to "enabled" if uniqueness of external element codes does not need to be controlled, allowing a new element to be assigned the code of a deleted element;
  • Mandatory alt. name (Boolean) — when the parameter is enabled, elements cannot be saved if the "Alternative name" property is not filled;
  • Name uniqueness (Boolean) — the parameter checks name uniqueness in the system for active elements.

Reports Subgroup

  • Classification for consumption cube (reference) — selection of classification; the OLAP report "Menu item consumption by categories" will be built based on the category specified in the reference;
  • Export from cubes "Save as..." (Boolean) — when exporting OLAP reports to Excel or Word, do not prompt for a save window if the parameter is "disabled"; if "enabled," the report must be saved upon export.

Reference (Directory) Editor Subgroup

  • Lock elements during editing (Boolean) — determines the multi-user mode on the manager station: if the flag is set, only one user can edit an element; if the flag is absent, changes made by another user will be lost;
  • Quick element selection (Boolean) — if the flag is set, only the first element's property availability is checked, and if an attempt is made to change a prohibited property, a message is displayed.
  • Number of identical windows (numeric) — specifies the number of identical windows open on the manager station;
  • Do not recalculate prices (Boolean) — if the parameter is enabled, automatic price recalculation is disabled;
  • Element renaming (enumerated) — when renaming, clarify the action: rename or create a copy of the element;
  • Switch keyboard layout (Boolean) — the mode disables automatic layout switching between properties depending on their language (main/alternative/English). If the mode is enabled, the keyboard layout is remembered for each child window of the manager station. For example, if you open the "Cash Stations and Devices" dictionary, switch to Latin, then close this window and open, for example, the "Employees" dictionary, the layout reverts to Cyrillic.
  • Confirm element movement (Boolean) — when enabled, prompts for confirmation when moving elements from one group to another;
  • View properties as a group (string) — speeds up work on databases with a large number of trade groups, classifications, and other generated properties. The parameter value for grouping trade groups and classifications (speeds up editing of menu items, currencies, etc.) - "TradeGroups\^.*","ClassificatorGroups\^.*". The parameter value for grouping properties of the data processing group, FTP Synchronization (speeds up editing of report servers, cash servers) - "Restaurants\^.*","CashGroups\^.*","ReportingServers\^.*". Values can be combined: "TradeGroups\^.*","ClassificatorGroups\^.*","Restaurants\^.*","CashGroups\^.*","ReportingServers\^.*"
    Create as active (Boolean) — create new elements as active;.
  • Unicode text editor font (string) — can specify the desired font; "MS Sans Serif" is used by default.
