Objects can be directory (reference book) items, groups, or links to other items. Links are used for object interaction schemes from other reference books (for example, the Modifier Schemes reference book describes the rules for the joint operation of several modifier groups according to schemes).
Groups of objects are created in a hierarchy tree.

To add a new group:

  • select the group in the tree to which the added group should belong;
  • use the context menu item "New object group" (or the key combination "Ctrl" + "Ins");
  • fill in the properties of the group being created;
  • save the changes.

When you select a group in the tree, a tab opens with the items included in it; new items are added here.

To add a new item to a selected directory group, follow these steps:

  • select the group in the tree to which the created item should belong;
  • use the context menu item "New object" (or press the "Ins" key or use the button with the image of the object on the toolbar);
  • fill in the properties of the created object;
  • save the changes.

If you right-click on an item, a context menu appears, in which the first command is New object (copy). When you select this command, a new object is created with the same properties, except for the name, picture and barcode. The status of the item is draft.
