To create notes, already filled dictionaries are used.
If the selection is made using a search for an item in the dictionary, then you can configure which search format to use:

• To select from the drop down list
  
• To select from the search box
  

To select a dictionary element from the search window, set the open object search form instead of list flag in Service > Environment Settings > Layout and windows.
