When you create an order, the default Order Category is automatically selected. All Order Categories are created in the r_keeper manager module.
If Use an Order Category is enabled, an Order Category that meets the conditions (since v 4.9.431) will be automatically added to the order.
If an employee has the “Change order category” right enabled, they can change the selected order category to any available one. If the right is disabled, it will not be possible to change the automatically inserted Order Category (the field with the selected Order Category will be inactive).
If an Order Category is closed by an Access Right and the waiter has been denied this right, that Order Category will not be displayed in the selection list.
You can change the Order Category only when creating an order. It will not be possible to change it later in the process of working with the order. |
