Only serving orders for which the Manual property is selected in the r_keeper 7 manager module are transferred to the application. You can specify the Serving Order immediately upon adding a dish to the order or assign it later (before sending the dish to the cash register).

Choosing the serving order on the menu

You can specify the order of service right away when adding a dish from the menu. To do this, go to the mode of editing the dish parameters.

Select the desired order of service (course) from the list and confirm the operation.

The selected order of service is displayed in the ordering mode on the Guests tab under the dish.

Choosing the order of service in the ordering mode

You can choose or change the order of service on the Guests tab in the ordering mode in two ways:

• Select the dish and choose the Edit operation.
  
  Make the necessary changes in the dish settings. To cancel the selected order of service, click on it again.
  

• Select one or more dishes on the order and choose the operation Serving order.
  
  Next, select the desired course from the list, and it will be assigned to all selected dishes.
  
  

Choosing serving order in combined mode

To choose or change the serving order while the menu screen order is enabled, tap the line with the previously added dish in the order area.

Change or add the desired course in the dish editing mode that opens.

Viewing orders by Serving orders

In the menu screen order mode, all dishes will be sorted by serving orders on the Courses tab.
