Adding a dish to an order can be done:
through scene windows when executing a script.
The kiosk may offer additional (recommended) dishes to the ordered dish.
To do this you need to:
When you select a dish, a screen opens with suggestions to add recommended dishes. At the bottom of the window there is a Close button, clicking on which returns you to the menu.
If the selected recommended dish has its own recommended dishes assigned, then a Back button will appear in the new window with the “You may like” suggestion, clicking on which returns you to the previous window with the “You may like” suggestion.
The order of the recommended dishes corresponds to the order set in the "Recommended Menu Items" property.
Adding a dish from the recommended ones (the "You might like it?" window) is done by clicking the Add button in the line with the selected dish. When adding a dish, the button changes to Added. You can add only one serving of a dish from the recommended ones.
To prevent recommended dishes from being offered again when adding a dish to an order, you should enable the REMEMBER RECOMMENDED DISHES option in the Settings > Main Settings section.
Adding a dish with modifiers or a combo dish to an order can be done in the following ways:
1) from the Menu section by clicking on the image, name or price of the dish;
▪ if “Auto-open” is specified in the modifier scheme properties (or in the combo scheme properties), a window with the first group of modifiers (combo elements) opens, then the groups open in order;
▪ if "Auto-open" is not specified in the modifier scheme properties (or in the combo scheme properties):
2) from the My Order section, changing the number of dishes already added to the order using the + button;
3) from the dish configurator;
4) via Coupons.
5) through the Recommended dishes window.
When replacing a dish with a combo, the combo modifier groups are searched for exactly the same combo element as the original dish. And if such exists, then the previously set modifiers for the original dish are applied to this combo element. Adding a combo element to a dish goes through exactly the same chain of events as adding a regular dish, in other words, if there is an auto-opening group, then a modal window with modifiers from this group is displayed, etc. After adding a dish, it is marked as already added to the order, and the corresponding icon is displayed in the menu next to this dish.
"Coupons" are a search for a dish by a given code. The code is the "Code" of the dish from its properties in the "Main" section. If the dish code has fewer digits than specified in the mask (see below), then zeros are added before the digits of the "Code" of the dish.
To connect the “Add a dish via “Coupons”” functionality, you need to:
To proceed to entering the coupon code, you need to select the Coupons selector,
after which a keyboard for typing will appear.
You need to enter the dish code according to the specified mask and click the Next button.
Once the dish appears, to add it to the cart you need to click the Add button.
Search is performed on all active dishes and dishes with a minimum possible price not equal to zero! Adding dishes using a coupon is identical to the usual addition. For combo dishes and dishes with modifiers, all required combo elements (modifiers) are selected first.
If the dish could not be found (the code was entered incorrectly), the following message will appear:
To connect the “Add a dish by barcode” functionality, you need to:
- connect a barcode scanner to the kiosk. The barcode scanner is configured in accordance with the manual;
- in the r_keeper_7 manager panel in the dish properties for the parameter "Barcode" set a digital value.
The r_keeper_7 version must be no lower than 7.06.04.415, 7.06.05.241. The functionality was tested on a HoneyWell 1450g barcode scanner.
To add a dish to your order you need to:
- bring the barcode to the barcode reader, the dish will appear on the screen;
- Click on the Add button, the dish will appear in the basket.
