To display the order number in the window after payment, you need to enable the SHOW ORDER NUMBER FOR ELECTRONIC QUEUE AFTER PAYMENT parameter in the Settings > General section of the Service menu (manager panel).

Order numbering is generated separately for each kiosk and for each mode (“Payment at Kiosk”, “Payment at Cash register”).
Order number in the "Payment at Kiosk" mode
The order number format in the "Payment at Kiosk" mode can be assigned:
- in the kiosk service menu
- in the r_keeper manager panel.
Order number assigned in the kiosk service menu
To assign an order number format in the kiosk service menu:
- Go to Settings > General Settings and turn off the USE EQ NUMBER FROM RK7 option

- Also in the General Settings section, for the TYPE OF PRESENTATION OF ORDER NUMBER IN QUEUE parameter, select one of four values:
- The first Latin—a Latin letter, a "hyphen", a sequential number. The Latin letter is assigned in accordance with the code of the kiosk cash register used (the sequential number of the letter in the Latin alphabet corresponds to the code of the cash register).
If the restaurant uses kitchen monitors, then to synchronize the numbering, in the General Settings section, assign the appropriate value to the parameter THE LOGIC OF GETTING THE FIRST LETTER OF THE ORDER: VDU or KDS.

- The first Cyrillic letter—a cyrillic letter, a "hyphen", a sequential number. The Cyrillic letter is assigned in accordance with the code of the kiosk cash register used (the ordinal number of the letter in the Russian alphabet (excluding the letter ё) corresponds to the cash register code). If the restaurant uses kitchen monitors, then to synchronize the numbering, in the General Settings section, assign the appropriate value to the parameter THE LOGIC OF GETTING THE FIRST LETTER OF THE ORDER: VDU or KDS.

- Station number—a station number, a sequential number. The station number is assigned in accordance with the code of the used kiosk cash station. For example: 2 is the cash station code, 40 is the ordinal number.

- Card code. The card code is assigned in accordance with the last 4 digits of the card used for payment.

Order number assigned in the r_keeper manager panel
To assign the order number format in the r_keeper manager panel, you need to set the USE EQ NUMBER FROM RK7 parameter to “Yes” in the kiosk settings in the “General Settings” section.

To create this numbering, you need to go to the kiosk manager panel in the Settings > Parameters section and assign the Format of the Electronic Queue Number parameter one of three values:

- First part – latin char—the first latin letter, a "hyphen", a sequential number. A Latin letter is assigned according to the code of the cash desk used by the kiosk (the ordinal number of the letter in the Latin alphabet corresponds to the code of the cash station).
- First part – cyrillic—the first cyrillic letter, a "hyphen", a sequential number. A Cyrillic letter is assigned according to the code of the cash station used by the kiosk (the ordinal number of the letter in the Russian alphabet corresponds to the code of the cash desk).
- First part – station code—a station number, a sequential number. The station number is assigned in accordance with the code of the used kiosk cash station. For example: 2 is the cash station code, 56 is the sequential number.
Order number in the "Payment at Cash register" mode
The order number in the Payment at Cash register mode can be presented in one way:
- The first character, the sequential number—to generate the numbering, you need to set up the kiosk in the General settings section:
assign a value in the form of a number or letter to the parameter PREFIX USED IN ORDER NUMBER.
Prefixes in order numbers for different kiosks must be different. Also, in the Payment at Kiosk or at Cash register mode, prefixes for payment at the kiosk must not match prefixes for payment at the cash register.
assign the ORDER NUMBER LENGTH parameter the value—the number of digits (after the prefix) in the order number that is transmitted to the cash register.
