This directory is used in cases where it is necessary to impose additional restrictions on trading objects and grant privileges for the use of these rights. Access to the directory is provided via the Personnel Menu – Rights.
On the "Rights" tab, you should create the required rights (right mouse button - new right).
Rights are described by the Name and Alt. Name properties.

Example of creation and assigning of rights to a trading object

Example. Let's create access rights to the "Drinks" menu group.
To do this, in the Rights editor, in the rights groups area, call the context menu and use the New rights group command. For the rights group being created, on the Properties page, enter the Name.
On the Rights tab, open the context menu and select New Right.
In the Inspector window, enter the Name of the right being created: "Drinks". In the Alt. Name line, you can enter the name of this right in an alternative language. If desired, you can enter any comments regarding this right in the Comment field. Save the changes in the directory.

In the Menu directory, select the menu items to which access rights should be assigned.

By holding down the Ctrl key, you can select all menu groups at once.

In the Access Right property (Restrictions group), select "Drinks" from the list of rights. All selected menu items are now assigned the "Drinks" access right. Save the changes.
This right should be given to employees who will work with "Drinks" ("Beverages").
To do this, go to the "Employees" Directory and select the required role there. On the "Properties" tab, in the Cash Restrictions group, in the Rights subgroup, check the box next to the "Drinks" right.

Drinks will be available to all employees with this role.
If you do not grant the right to anyone, then accordingly no one will have access to drinks (beverages) at the cash register.
