A checklist is a list of checkpoints (control points) used to check work processes and premises for compliance with restaurant standards. The list of checklists is created in a special directory and is offered for use at the cash register.
There are settings for mandatory checklist execution (for example, do not continue closing the shift without setting the flag). Possible options for use are Yes, No, Mandatory.
Completed checklists are saved and can be used to view both cash and cubic reports.

To create a checklist, you should:
Open the directory "Checklists" (Staff - Checklists). In the dictionary, you can combine checklists by type (by logical groups of checklists), i.e. you can create a checklist type containing checklists combined by some feature, for example, Cleanliness, and add several elements to it. To add a new checklist type, select the root node "All", from the context menu select "New checklist type".
Fill in the main properties: checklist name, status.
The properties of the checklist type contain the following groups:
Main:
Code – a unique code of the directory element in the system. It is assigned automatically, but can be changed manually;
Name – the name of the directory element;
Alt. Name – the name of the element in an alternative language;
Status – the status of the directory element;
Restrictions:
Right Level – the right to work with an element at the cash register.
Visual Type:
Background color — the background color of the button. You can select a color from the list or from the palette, which is called by double-clicking the left mouse button in the property value area;
Arrange Style — the relative position of the image and text;
Image — selecting an image for the object;
Text color — the color of the text. You can select a color from the list or from the palette, which is called by double-clicking the left mouse button in the property value area.
Add a Checklist, to do this, select the checklist type, from the context menu select the operation "New checklist".

Main:

Basic:
Events – shift closing. If the checkbox is set in this event, the checklist is automatically displayed when the general shift is closed. Otherwise, this checklist is considered to be running on schedule and is not displayed when the shift is closed.
Restrictions:
Right Level – the right to work with an element at the cash register.
Next, go to the "Checklist Items" tab. From the context menu, select the "New Checklist Item" operation.

Alt. Name – the name of the element in an alternative language;

Basic:
Checklist rating – a field for entering the item rating, the range of possible values is from 0 to 5. If the field value is 0, then the checklist item is not rated (a check box will be displayed for the item at the cash register). If the field values are from 1 to 5, then the numerical value corresponds to the maximum rating value for this item.
Restrictions:
Right Level – the right to work with an element at the cash register.
In the "Usage of Checklists" directory, add the items you want to display.

Select the required checklist, on the “Settings” menu panel use the “Open usage conditions list of Checklist Holder items” button (marked with a gear icon).
In the left area of the window, select the usage rule (Yes, No, Mandatory), move it to the "Item sequence editing mode" field (central zone) and specify the usage conditions in the inspector settings. If necessary, you can specify additional parameters when using checklists, for example, "Period". In this case, the checklist will be displayed on the station only during the specified period of time.
