Introduction

In full-service entertainment centers, it is possible to use the entrance card technology.
Upon entering the entertainment center, the guest party receives a magnetic card, bracelet, or another medium, initiating their visit. As they utilize the card, orders are added to their visit record.
When exiting the entertainment center, all orders placed during the visit will be presented as a cumulative order—with each individual order itemized in its own package—for which payment is processed. Alternatively, order payment may also occur immediately upon creation of the order.

Mandatory settings

For the technology to work correctly, the following parameter settings are required:

• One order per visit — False
• Card at the entrance — Guests may be cardless or All guests must have a card
• Payment at the exit — True, if the visit is settled at the exit
• Maximum order amount control — Disable saving the order or Only warning, so that when saving the order the system checks the available balance on the card.

Additional settings

If necessary, you can create new types of entrance cards:

1. Open the Order > Entrance Card Types directory
2. Call the context menu in the left part of the window and select the operation New Entrance Card Type
   
3.  Fill in the name and change the status to Active
   
   If necessary, fill in the following settings:
   
   • Main:
     • Alt. Name – the name of the element in an alternative language;
     • Code – a unique code of the directory element in the system. It is assigned automatically, but can be changed manually;
     • Name – the name of the directory element;
     • Status – the status of the directory element;
   • Restrictions:
     • Limit — the amount by which one can go overdraft relative to the card balance, utilizes the parameter "Maximum Order Amount Control." For example:

• • • • The card was topped up by 2000 rubles, limit 0: you can use 2000 rubles.
      • The card was topped up by 1500 rubles, limit 3000 rubles: you can use 4500 rubles.
      • The card was not topped up, limit 4000 rubles: you can use 4000 rubles.
        To set the limit in the entrance card type, specify its value:
        
    • Min. Amount Charge: If the order amount is less than the minimum, a markup will be added to the order, which will increase the order amount to the minimum value.
      The markup for the minimum amount is configured as a non-distributed sum with a detail level of 0. In the Minimal Amount field for the card type, the value of the minimum order amount is specified.
      
  • Prepayment:
    • Prepay amount — the amount that the system will require to be entered into the order when creating a visit
    • Prepay currency — the currency in which the prepayment will be closed
    • Prepay Reason — the reason for entering money for fiscal prepayment.

The Entrance Cards MCR algorithm is used to process cards at the cash register. It is necessary to create a separate Entrance Cards MCR algorithm for each type of cards at entry.
If prepayment is used, its amount is fixed in the Prepayment amount line. The number of prepayment options that can be used is the number of types of entrance cards that must be created. The prepayment amount is added to the visit, not to the card.
