In the r_keeper 7 system there is a concept of Visits. Visits are necessary for the operation of the Entrance Card technology, used, for example, in entertainment centers.
Upon entering, the guest receives a magnetic card, bracelet or other medium on which the guest’s orders will be registered. In this case, all guest orders will be combined into one visit. At the exit from the entertainment center, all bracelet orders will be calculated as a visit - the total for all orders. Payment for an order can also be made immediately after its creation. Then all paid orders will be visible in the open visit.
Thus, a visit is a list of orders registered to the guest card.
To change the properties of a visit:
Use Number of Guests (enumerated) — fill in the Number of Guests field when filling out the New Order form in the New Order mode
Use unsaved comment (enumerable) - whether an unsaved comment is required for the visit.
Use saved comment (enumerated) - whether a saved comment is needed for the visit.
Use guest type (enumerated) - whether guest types can be used in the visit. Can be used with values:
One order per visit (boolean) — only one order per visit. More priority than the previous parameter
Empty visits (boolean) — it is possible to create empty visits.
The following parameters are also used to configure the operation of the entrance card:
In the standard mode, the One order per visit parameter is used. The Entrance card parameter regulates the rules for creating visits in the Entrance card mode and is ignored if the One order per visit parameter is enabled, since in this case the visit cannot be calculated. |
Possible values:
Do not use
Prohibit saving the order
Warning only — when saving the order, the system will check the available balance on the card.
