There are five types of payment: Cash, Credit Cards, Hotel Cards, Debit Cards, and Cashless. When creating a new currency (currency group) type, it is assigned one of these payment types. The number of levels, hierarchical nesting of currency groups is not limited.

The Cash payment type should include non-personalized currencies: rubles, dollars, etc. If the restaurant allows you to use any coupons or internal tokens for payment at the cash register, you can create a corresponding currency type with the Cash payment type and place the necessary currencies in it.
TheĀ Credit Card payment type includes credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, etc. For these types of payments, authorization through a banking server may be utilized.
The payment type "Hotel Cards" may include a currency such as "Bill to Room." In this case, the order amount is automatically added to the guest's hotel bill. The total balance is settled upon check-out. This process can be automated using the hotel management system.
The payment type "Payment Cards" encompasses various magnetic cards held by customers, including non-payer cards, Dallas cards, proxy-cards, and barcode-based cards. These magnetic carriers can store information regarding the remaining balance on a personal card, potentially including credit.
Magnetic cards can be credited with bonuses or used to provide discounts on bills. These magnetic cards are issued personally to clients. Magnetic card readers are utilized for their reading and recognition. Specialized accounting software exists for managing customer transactions.
The Cashless payment type is intended for accounting of cashless payments. Currencies of this type can be, for example, the names of enterprises that have entered into an agreement to provide lunches to their employees.
