Station Operation Parameters Group

Visual Type Subgroup

Audible Error Alert (boolean) — whether to trigger a sound alert for errors (if the station is equipped with such a device);
Errors in Window (boolean) — always display error messages in a separate pop-up window with an OK button for acknowledgment;
Initial Display Rotation Angle (integer) — the initial (at station boot) clockwise rotation angle of the display. If the Flip Screen parameter is set to "enabled," this parameter only applies to employees not registered at a service position (post-registration, the system recalls the last used rotation angle for the employee). If Flip Screen is "disabled," this parameter always applies;
Flip Screen (boolean) — allows 180-degree screen rotation for touchscreen stations. To rotate, press the main menu header (order selection window header or blank area in the registration form). Affects the Initial Display Rotation Angle parameter.

Cashier Fonts Subgroup

Proportional Cashier Font — font for cashier components;
Small Text Font — font used for small text on the station;
Fixed-Width Font — monospace font used on the station.

Timing Subgroup

Time Earlier Than Current — determines if a time earlier than the current time can be entered (allowed difference is set by this parameter);
Message Viewing Delay — duration (in seconds) during which a message window cannot be closed;
Drawer Open Sound Alert — delay (in seconds) before triggering a sound alert if the cash drawer remains open;
Drawer Opening on Payment — options: On Payment Addition or On Receipt Closure;
Print Warning Before — how long before scheduled print to issue a warning;
Deletion Warning Before — how long before object expiration (menu items, discounts, etc.) to issue a warning. Expiration may occur due to trade group changes or exceeding object validity periods;
MCR Algorithm Timeout — request timeout (in seconds) for the MCR algorithm form;
Report Timeout — report generation timeout (in seconds) for station requests. Adds to print timeout if printing.

Package Timing Subgroup

Use Reminder Time (boolean) — enable reminder time. If "False," reminder time matches serving time, and manual input is disabled;
Use Print Time (boolean) — enable batch print time;
Use Serving Time (boolean) — enable batch serving time;
Time Between Print and Reminder (integer) — allowable window (in minutes) to modify reminder time after service print;
Auto-Calculate Reminder Time (boolean) — if "True," reminder time is auto-calculated as "serving time" minus "item prep time" (from the Prep Time property). Only applies if Use Reminder Time is "True";
Hours Later Than Current (integer) — maximum allowable hours ahead for entered time.

Inactivity Timeout Subgroup

Temp Registration Timeout (integer) — inactivity duration (seconds) during order editing before canceling temp registration;
Order Selection Timeout (integer) — inactivity duration (seconds) at order selection before registration prompt;
Order Editing Timeout (integer) — inactivity duration (seconds) during order editing before registration prompt. Excludes payment entry;
General Timeout (integer) — inactivity duration (seconds) in other modes before registration prompt. Set to "0" for manual logout.

Order/Table Choice Subgroup

Automatic Order Selection — the parameter uses options: Disabled, Auto-Jump to Next Order, Jump on Request, From Order Selection Form;
Image of Occupied table (reference) — image for occupied tables on floor plan. Only visible in forms opened via the Table operation during order creation. Not displayed in the Select Order for Editing/Closing form;
Image of Partially occupied table (reference) — image for tables with fewer guests than specified in the Max Guest Count property. Only visible in forms opened via the Table operation during order creation. Not displayed in the Select Order for Editing/Closing form;
Order buttons on Hall Plan (boolean) — display table selection buttons on floor plan. In this mode, order buttons in the top section of the form are hidden. This mode allows creating compact order button formats and including them in form schemes;
Shared checks for brigade (team) (boolean) — if set to "True", team members can edit each other's orders. Changes to this parameter do not affect orders created before the change;
Order button coloring (enumerated) — method for coloring order buttons. Options: "No coloring", "By table", "By serving position", "By order category", "By order type", "By guest type", "By waiter" (based on order's primary waiter);
Hall plan loading mode (enumerated) — parameter options: "Standard"; "Save to file" — faster than network transfer, requires storage space; "Save to memory" — fastest, requires available memory;
Order selection form header format (string) — format for order selection form header:

%0:s — mode "Select Order for Editing" / "Select Order for Closing";
%1:s — operator name;
%2:s — hall plan;
%3:d — order count;
%4:d — venue capacity;
%5:s — guest load;
%6:s — filter (displays table name in brackets in header form if multiple orders exist for one table and this table is selected);

Tariff naming format (string) — format for tariff names on buttons in tariff transfer form (%0:s — tariff short name, %1:s — tariff name).

Marking Subgroup

Used for working with Marked Products.

Confirmation Subgroup

Confirm order save (boolean) — display "Save order?" message after "Exit order with save" operation;
Confirm deletions (boolean) — whether to prompt for confirmation when deleting elements (dishes, discounts, etc.) at the workstation;
Payment confirmation message (boolean) — message that will be displayed before closing the receipt (with "Yes"/"No" buttons). If empty, no message is displayed.

Registration Subgroup

Cancellation of Waiter registration — parameter options: "Always allowed", "Allowed if no open orders";
Confirm registration cancellation — whether confirmation is required to cancel employee registration in the personnel registration form;
Multiple station login — multiple logins to station. Employee can register on multiple stations simultaneously if parameter is enabled (disabled by default);
Drawer registration (enumerated) — parameter only used when Cash Station and Use Logical Drawers parameters are enabled:

Automatically — For cashier registration, first available drawer is selected. If no drawer is free, cashier cannot register;
On usage — Registration is performed according to rules specified in Drawer Usage directory;
Don’t use — No drawer registration check. Useful when multiple cashiers with separate drawers work at one station, or when cashiers with their own drawers register at different stations.

Order Editing Subgroup

Obligatory Weight (boolean) — for weighed items with Allow weight edit flag set, weight must be entered after K.O.T. print. Attempting to pay for orders containing such items without entering weight will produce an error. Closing orders containing such items is also prohibited (with Pay on Exit enabled, orders can close unpaid), as is visit settlement containing such items;
Finish order editing on bill (boolean) — close order window after guest bill print;
Deferred mode of modifier entering — when enabled, allows deferring mandatory modifier selection. User can proceed to add other items/modifiers and return to select postponed modifier later. Cannot save or pay such orders — system will require entering postponed modifier;

Can change order category after creation (boolean) — whether order category can be changed in existing orders. Category changes only apply to new packets (existing packets remain unchanged);
Use seats (boolean) — whether seating can be used. When set to "False", Seats and Settlement by Seat operations are unavailable during order editing;
Interchangeable Dishes Classification (string) — if specified, items in this category are interchangeable;
Classification for Amounts (reference) — classification used to display order item sums in order editing form (not displayed on standard preset form);
Combo Assistant — displays combo items containing selected order item (for Fast Food). Options for displaying substitution suggestions:

Zeroize Quantity — for unsaved orders. When enabled, deleting items sets quantity to zero rather than removing. In quick check mode, deleted item rows are highlighted red;
Limited Dishes: Hide Unallowed — when enabled, prohibited and limited items with zero balance are hidden from menu. When disabled, such items appear grayed out;
Packed view mode — only affects printed packet contents, displaying order composition compactly. Only works for "Restaurant" mode orders. Identical items are grouped after saving. Pressing "Del" switches back to normal (unpacked) view;
Show full voided dishes (boolean) — for saved orders. Whether to show fully deleted items (with quantity = 0) in order editor;
Category amounts calculation — method for calculating category sums in order editing window. Options: "By price sums", "By payment sums";
The mode of line adding (enumerated) — method for adding new elements (items, discounts) to order: "End of packet", "Before current element", "After current element";
Order type is obligatory (boolean) — order type selection is mandatory.

Main Selector Subgroup

Auto-close list (boolean) — close menu after item selection;
Select selector by current dish — when enabled, switches to selector associated with selected menu item;
Main selector sorting (enumerated) — sorting method for main selector in order window;
Naming format (string) — format for object names in main selector. %0:s — name, %1:d — code;
Dish naming format — if empty, uses Naming Format. %0:s — name; %1:d — code; %2:s — short name (if empty — uses full name); %3:s — item balance;

Limitations Subgroup

Max Consumators Count (commission agents) (integer) — maximum commission agents per item;
Order Max Amount Check (enumerated) — monitors customer card balance (for multiple guest cards — sums balances of cards used in visit). Options:

Max Dish Count — limits number of order lines (item and non-allocated charge lines). Automatic non-allocated charges and tariff details are added even if limit exceeded;
Max Weight (integer) — maximum allowed weight;
Max Quantity (integer) — maximum allowed quantity;
Max Percent (integer) — maximum allowed percentage;
Max Amount (integer) — maximum allowed amount;
Confirm Amount (integer) — amount requiring confirmation if exceeded;
Confirm Quantity (integer) — quantity requiring confirmation if exceeded;
Confirm Weight (integer) — weight requiring confirmation if exceeded;
Confirm Percent (integer) — percentage requiring confirmation if exceeded.

Calc/Pay Order Subgroup

Automatic order closure (boolean) — automatically close orders fully covered by printed receipts;
Zero-payment currency (reference) — currency for zero-payment transactions. Allows generating separate expense documents in SH4/SH5 exports. If the link is empty or filled with invalid currency, base currency is used.
If selected currency cannot cover entire order, base currency payment is added. If cashier lacks rights for either currency, error occurs and all auto-added payments are removed from order;
Enter amounts in kopecks (boolean) — when enabled, payment entry format is 0.00. For 285.45 rubles, press "2","8","5","4","5". When disabled, press "2","8","5",".","4","5";
Wait for drawer close — whether to block cashier before drawer closes;
Payment allocation method — determines payment distribution when using multiple currencies. It can take values:

Rounding markup — markup used to compensate differences between rounded and unrounded amount;
Line-item discount rounding - 
Pay on exit (boolean) — allows paying order upon exit out of the establishment and closing an order unpaid (available via Pay on Exit in order editing form). Only works when One Order Per Visit is disabled;
Card payment processing (enumerated) — this parameter allows selection of processing payment cards with currencies for which Autofill flag is enabled. Options: Only in Payment mode — card currency payment only during billing; Prompt — informational window after authorization with a message that includes "Pay" button (if no button is pressed, then a discount applied); Always — always process payment;
Bank terminal payment-discount — reference to preset "Bank Card Payment-Discount" currency;
Reallocate discounts — when enabled, allows setting "discount allocation" and "surplus allocation" fields but blocks payment-based discounts. For amount discounts, set "surplus allocation" to "by taxes";

When the parameter is enabled with "by taxes" setting, fiscal receipt applies discount maximally to first item. When disabled, discount distributes evenly across all items;

Invoice print (enumerated) — method of invoice printing. Options: Via layout” — uses "Invoice" layout (for receipt printers); Via invoice.dll — uses invoice.dll (for Windows stations); Disabled — no invoice printing;
Rounding discount — discount compensating rounded/unrounded differences (e.g., the order amount is 10.50, the currency may rounded to 1.00. Then  11.00 is to be payed, therefore: 0.50 is a discount);
Seat-based billing method (enumerated) — options for splitting shared items: By quantity — splits to 0.001 precision, sum = price × quantity; By amount — splits to 0.01 monetary precision; By amount for fiscal reg.” — splits by amount, then adjusts quantities keeping receipt sum within 20% of quantities;
Terminal tips — reference to non-allocatable tips markup for authorization terminal.

Station Working Modes Subgroup

Unreg on close order (boolean) — automatically cancel registration after order editing;
Operate after Cash amount maximum reached — options: "Warning only", "Block payments but allow orders", "Block all orders", "Need manager confirmation";
Cash station (boolean) — options:
 - Yes — as a cash station performs financial operations;
 - No — order editing only (server station), payment is prohibited;
 - Ask — asks "Enable cash operations this session?" at login. If Drawer Registration enabled and user registered to drawer, skips prompt (the station is a cash station);
Cash drawer control — monitors cash drawer funds. When enabled, errors occur at receipt finalization if no cash (viewable via "Cash Replenishment" in main menu). No request to fiscal registrar happens. If the parameter is disabled, then no monitoring occurs (fiscal registrar responds with "CCD No cash for payout");
Maximum of cash amount for block — (amount in national currency) blocks station if drawer exceeds this amount (see Excess Cash Action);
Maximum of cash amount for warning — specify the amount. The parameter warns if drawer exceeds this amount;
Start Window (enumerated) — the parameter set the start window of the program. Choose among options: "Main Menu", "Personnel Registration", "Quick Check", "Order Creation", "Order Choosing", "Clock-in/clock-out Form", "Tariffication Form", "Visits", "Reservation Form", "Delivery Form";
Rights on Order Category (enumerated) — parameter controls access right verification for order categories when employees open orders. Values:

Dish Prohibition Mode — parameter allows selecting "Allowed Items" value instead of default "Limited Items". In this case only items added to "Allowed Items" will be available in order.

Restore an order after restart (boolean) — this parameter restores last unsaved order with contents if the station was rebooted.
Starting from version 7.6.4.435 parameter "Save Order Locally" was renamed to parameter "Restore an order after restart".
Authentication type — parameter authentication type is used with values: "RK7", "Windows — RK7", "Windows — Global Connect".
Mode of fixing of a dish price — two values available for price locking: Fix Price at Bill Print, Fix Price at Order Save.

Order Creation Subgroup

Auto Create Order (boolean) — automatically create order after filling all mandatory fields in order creation form;
Auto choice of the table — if flag is set then table selection is performed among tables of those serving positions where waiter is registered: "Do not use":

Order Category Attributes Hierarchy (integer) — how many order category attributes to use for building hierarchical selection in order creation form;
Employees Attributes Hierarchy (integer) — how many employee attributes to use for building hierarchical selection in order creation form;
Tables Attributes Hierarchy (integer) — how many table attributes to use for building hierarchical selection in order creation form;
Guest Types Attributes Hierarchy (integer) — how many guest type attributes to use for building hierarchical selection in order creation form;
After quick check action — used with values: "Next Quick Receipt", "Select Order Category", "Select Guest Type", "Select Guest Count";
Add guests to table (enumerated) — whether new guest company can be seated (order created) at an occupied table. Values:

Quick check creation mode (enumerated) — whether to use preliminary form for entering order category, guest type and count for quick check. Values:

Table name button format (format for displaying table name in "Create Order" window: %0:s — table name, %1:d — free seats count, %2:d — total seats count).
