Full-service entertainment centers such as water parks, game zones, and bathhouses can utilize the Entrance Card technology where all orders placed by guests during their visit are consolidated into a single session.
Upon arrival, guests receive a magnetic card, wristband, or other carrier which employees register in the system every time they create new orders for the guest. Thus, all orders are combined into one visit. At exit from the entertainment center, all visit orders will be presented as a cumulative order—each individual order highlighted separately, based on which payment calculations are made. Payment for the order can either occur immediately following its creation or later when finalizing the visit.
This mode requires specific settings adjustments in the r_keeper Manager Station. For detailed information about setup and working with entrance cards, refer to the article Setting up Entrance Cards.
