Each employee working with the cash station application has certain rights. If an attempt is made to perform an action for which the employee does not have rights, a window will be displayed asking the employee who does have rights to confirm the action (the illustration shows the window for confirming the "Finishing work" action). In order to perform the required action, the unauthorized employee must call the authorized employee (e.g. the hall manager).
To confirm the action, the authorized employee swipes his/her magnetic card across the magnetic card reader from right to left (top to bottom), or enters his/her account number in the Code field and the password in the Password field and presses the Enter button.

In addition to the rights of action in the cash station application, there are rights of access to trade items. The items (menu items, currencies, discounts, etc.) that the employee is not authorized to are not available for him/her to select.
