All data used in StoreHouse is stored in the system dictionaries.

Data uniqueness is ensured by the system-assigned GUID ​​code — a statistically unique 128-bit identifier, i.e. Globally Unique Identifier. Its main feature is uniqueness, which allows you to create objects without risk of conflicts caused by identical identifiers. Thus, you can create goods, sets, delivery notes, etc. with matching codes and/or numbers.

For example: one goods item was created in the StoreHouse 5 system with the code 12 assigned automatically. Another goods item was created in r_keeper 7 with the same code 12 and then imported to StoreHouse 5. When saving the second goods, there will be no conflict, because both items were given their own GUID code — the first one when created in StoreHouse 5, the second one when created in r_keeper — which ensures the uniqueness of the item.

Dictionaries can have a tree, i.e. hierarchical structure or a simple list structure.

In the tree structure window, it is possible to drag an element from one dictionary group to another.

Different types of the mouse cursor icon have different meanings:

• A circle divided in half — the dragged object cannot be moved if dragging is completed right now
• A small white rectangle — if dragging is completed, the currently selected item will be moved to the specified location.
