You can only delete an empty UOM group. If the UOM group includes units of measurement, you must delete them fisrt.

To delete a UOM group:

Call the context menu in the left part of the Units of measurement window
Use the Delete UOM group context menu item or select the Document > Delete UOM group main menu item
The system will ask you to confirm the deletion. Click Yes if you really want to delete the selected UOM group. Click No if you mistakenly select the Delete UOM group menu item.
