To make changes to the correspondent card:

• Select the correspondent in the List of correspondents and use the Correspondent properties context menu item, or the Correspondent properties item of the Document main menu item. You can also use the  button on the toolbar or open the correspondent card by double-clicking on the correspondent's name

• Make the necessary changes to the correspondent card

  It is impossible to change Type 2 after saving the correspondent card.

  
  

• Save the changes using the Document > Save document main menu item or the  button on the toolbar.
