When creating similar correspondents, it is convenient to use the cloning function — creating an exact copy of a correspondent. In this case, you need to make only few changes to the properties of the created copy.

In the cloned document, you can change the type to the required one, including the value in the Type 2 field.

To clone the correspondent:

• Select the correspondent you want to copy
• Use the Edit > Clone document main menu item
• In the cloned correspondent window, make the necessary changes
• Save the new correspondent using the main menu Document > Save document item or the  button on the toolbar.
