This report displays the number of orders accepted by call center operators in the selected time range. To build the report:
- Go to menu Reports > Call Center Operators
- Specify the period and the required establishments
- In the report settings, specify the columns that should be in the report. For example, the operator's full name and the number of new orders.
Done. The report with the specified parameters will be generated. You can sort the report:
- By establishment: then the system will show a report for each establishment for the selected period of time
- By date: then the system will sort the report by dates.
If necessary, you can download the report to your computer.
