New opportunities for call center operators and delivery managers:

  • We optimized the phone number mask in all interfaces. It doesn't matter how the copied guest number is entered - with the country code, brackets, spaces, hyphens or without - our mask will recognize the symbols and save the correct value without losing the numbers.
  • In the Call Center order list constructor, a new column has been added — Operator. The column displays the last name and first name of the person who most recently worked on the order. This feature is especially useful when you need to transfer a guest's call directly to the operator they previously communicated with. We remind you that the constructor can be individually configured for each employee.

  • Improved the Couriers on the map screen. By marking the vehicle for each courier, according to their profile data, you can better navigate which order to assign to which courier.

New settings in the Administrative Panel:

  • Added the setting Use only home number mask (Administrative panel > Settings). If your business operates locally and there is no need to use phone numbers of guests from other countries, then the option to select a phone code can be excluded.
  • Added a new integration with the Revvy service (Administrative panel > Integrations). Revvy automates communication with delivery customers, manages reviews, and stimulates upselling.
