Delivery note on receipt tape.

Steps to set up printing of delivery note on receipt tape:

1. Create a layout of the delivery note in the r_keeper 7 manager station
2. Specify the GUID of the delivery note view in the establishment card

Creating a delivery note in the manager station

To create a delivery note:

1. Log in to the r_keeper 7 manager station
2. Go to Settings > Printing > Documents & Layouts
3. Go to the Other section and select Custom Layout
4. Right click in the empty space, select New Layout
5. Fill out the new layout. You can fill it out using the layout editor or import a pre-made layout.
   In the open editor, click Import, select the file and click the Open button
   
   
6. Go to Print > Print Schemes
7. Add a layout to the print schemes section
   
8. Include the prepared layout in the Use of Print Schemes reference book. To do this, in the Print Scheme section, select the layout and click the Open Print Schemes Usage Parameters button 
   

Done. The layout is created and ready for use.

Output of the field "Change for..."

If you need to display a comment to the address and the Change for field in the printed form of the delivery note for the couriers, use the following method:

1. Log in to the r_keeper 7 manager station
2. Go to Settings > Parameters
3. In the Using Options > Visit Properties group, select the Use Persistent Comment option
4. Enable the setting by selecting Optional Property in the Value field.
   
   
5. Go to Settings > Printing > Documents & Layouts
6. Open the delivery note layout
7. Add a Comment field to the delivery note layout
8. Add a virtual band with the Orders data source to the delivery note layout.
9. Create a memo with the Saved Comment attribute
10. Save the new template.

Adding an order number to the layout

To add an external order number from the r_k Delivery system to the layout:

1. In the r_keeper manager station menu, go to Settings > Setup > Advanced Properties
2. Select the Properties for orders group
3. Right-click the Extended Property Types field and select New Extended Property Type
4. Set the name and system name—extordername
   Please note the case: the system name and title must be written in lowercase letters.
   
   
5. Save the changes.

Done, the extended property is now available for selection in the layout under the name [Orders.extordername]. 

If the extordername property is missing, then an error will be displayed on the delivery note on the receipt tape instead of the order number.

Installing a delivery note in the r_k Delivery administrative panel

1. Open the establishment card
2. Go to the Print delivery note section
3. In the Print Format field, select Receipt Tape

4. In the Cash register station ID field, select the cash register station

5. In the Print View GUID field, select the Guid of the created layout
   
6. Save the changes.
