Follow these three basic steps:
- Add currencies to the establishment card.
- Check the cash register requirements for order closing.
- Pay for the order.
Adding currencies for payment
In the establishment card it is possible to add currencies for payment of the order.

The system offers to fill in two fields for each currency:
- Name β the name that the employee will see when paying for the order in the establishment's interface.
- Code as at the cash register.
This is the currency GUID. The content in curly braces {} is required.

To minimize errors, instead of entering it manually, click on the Currency field and select a currency option from the drop-down list, the GUID will be loaded automatically.

To speed up your search, start typing the currency name.
The selected currency will appear in the list of currencies below.
Click the Save button.
Paying for an order in the establishment's interface
Payment for an order is available when:
- A new order was received.
- The order was automatically or manually transferred to the cash register.
- Payment for the order is now available.
- Click on the Pay for order link.

- In the modal window, select the currency.

The system will send a request to the cash register to pay for the order.
In the White Server admin panel you can see the PayOrder request.
Payment and closing of the order at the cash register
The described functionality works starting from WSA version 2.4.2.35 and higher.
- Make sure that the setting Close order in the establishment interface if the order is closed at the cash register is active in the admin panel

- Create an order in the r_k Delivery establishment interface or call center



- The order is transferred to the r_keeper 7 cash register

- Pay and complete your order at the r_keeper 7 cash register

- The order will be completed in r_k Delivery within 5 minutes.


Errors when paying for an order
In case of an error when paying for an order, a system warning will be displayed.
You can also see the error text in the White Server admin panel in the PayOrder request for your object.
Sometimes the error occurs due to circumstances independent of the delivery system. The error may occur due to the cash register settings, as r_keeper 7 allows you to configure order requirements.
For example, an order must specify the order type or category. Or both. In this case, you will need to specify the values ββto be passed in the Settings section of the admin panel.
