To open a list of invoices, use the Documents > Invoices main menu item or click the

 button on the toolbar.

Fill in the filter to display the list of invoices.

In the Report from and Report till fields, specify the period for which you want to view invoices.

To specify the period for the list of invoices, you can use the predefined list of periods. For this, select a value in the Report period field.

Delivery note types — set the flags for the types of delivery notes whose invoices you'd like to view — r/n (receipt note), d/n (delivery note), ret/cust (return from customer), ret/supp (return to supplier)

Departments — in this field, select the department whose invoices you want to view. You can select multiple departments.

Legal entities — in this field, select your own legal entity, whose departments' invoices you are interested in. You can select multiple legal entities.

Enterprises — in this field, you can specify the enterprise, whose departments' invoices will be displayed in the list. You can select multiple enterprises.

Currency of delivery notes — in this field, select the currency from the list for displaying invoice amounts. The list contains currencies from the Currencies dictionary.

If any filter field is filled empty, all the values of these fields will be used for selection.

After setting all filters, click the Apply button.

List of invoices:

The list of documents is presented in the form of a table. You can select the columns to be displayed using the Set up table... context menu item.
