(New) Banquet Orders (переведено)

 This section allows you to generate and print reports on R-Keeper banquet orders, with a breakdown of the menu items (dishes) specified in the banquets down to ingredients. It also allows you to obtain theoretical balances taking into account the estimated expenditure of ingredients. Generating reports in FoodFactory for banquet orders requires preliminary settings for connection with R-Keeper.

The R-Keeper version must be no lower than   to enable report generation in FoodFactory for banquet orders.

List of available reports: Orderslist of banquet orders for restaurants for the dates specified in the report filter. All other reports are generated based on the orders selected on the "Orders" tab Menu Items (Dishes) Listlist of menu items (dishes) specified in the banquet orders selected on the "Orders" tab. Estimated Expenditure — list of ingredients for menu items (dishes) from the selected banquet orders on the "Orders" tab. Theoretical Balances — theoretical balances of ingredients by restaurant departments, taking into account the expenditure of menu items (dishes) from banquet orders. In the upper part of the window, the open report page is highlighted in green. In the figure, the "Orders" report page is open. To open pages with other reports, it is necessary to select the orders, information for which will be displayed on them when opened; otherwise, the buttons will be unavailable.   If grouping is applied in the report, the group can be collapsed and expanded. To do this, click the button to the right of the applied grouping name.
