The Compare Price Lists report allows you to analyze (compare) supplier/buyer prices for goods on a selected date. The report can be generated for one product or for a group of products.
Compare Price Lists - Filter
The filter for the Compare Price Lists report:

The filter parameters "Report as of", "Departments", "Legal Entities", "Enterprises", "Product Groups", "Category", "Acct. Category", "Type of Alcoholic Products", "Correspondents", "Report Currency" are filled in using standard methods.
Additional filter fields:
Goods – if you need to compare prices for one specific goods item, select it in the filter.
Own Legal Entity – select your own legal entity in the filter if you need to analyze prices for a product/group of products based on price lists for one specific own legal entity. If the field is left blank, the report will include price lists for all your own legal entities.
Price List Type – select for which type of price lists (receipt, expense, or internal) to generate the report. This field is mandatory.
Currency – select the currency in which to compare price lists in the report.
After filling out the filter, to generate the report, click the [Apply] button.
Compare Price Lists - Content
The Compare Price Lists report:
The report is grouped by the name of the r_k StoreHouse Pro goods item.
Price List – data on the price list (number, validity period, correspondent, and own legal entity). If the price list number is highlighted in blue, the price list is only valid with a contract.
Price according to the Price List
UOM – unit of measurement for the item in the price list.
Price – the price of the item per unit of measurement from the price list.
Synonym – if goods item synonyms were used in the price list, this field will display the name and unit of measurement of the supplier/recipient product.
Price in the Report UOMs
Unit – unit of measurement for the report.
Price – the price of the goods item per unit of measurement for the report. The price from the price list is recalculated using the conversion factor from the price list's unit of measurement to the report's unit of measurement.
