Example: Kitchen placed an order with the Confectionery Workshop for 6 "Sour cream cake". According to the routes on the goods, the Confectionery Workshop needs ingredients that it orders from the Central Warehouse.
This example is generated based on "calculated child requests".
The report contains the following fields:
Supplier — the department or correspondent that will fulfill the request.
Recipient — the departments that created the request.
Goods item (Code, Name, Category) — the goods for which the request was created (actual or theoretically calculated).
Different units of measurement can be defined on the goods card. And the order unit of measurement may differ from the supply unit of measurement. Information for both units of measurement is displayed in the report (see Classic Cheesecake).
In Request UOM — the quantity and unit of measurement of the ordered goods in the request's units of measurement.
Whole Qty in Request UOM — the report also includes information about the quantity of goods rounded "to a whole value" in the request's units of measurement.
In Auto-document UOM — the quantity and unit of measurement of the ordered goods in the auto-document units of measurement.
Whole Qty in Auto-document UOM — the report also includes information about the quantity of goods rounded "to a whole value" in the auto-document units of measurement, i.e., for receipt.
