Improvements

• "Select all" in contextual search within detailed expenditure for C (Set Assembly), DC (Set Disassembly), СS (Collation Statement).
• Enabling allocatable costs has been moved to the environment settings in Sh.exe.
• Fixed: When writing off using substitutions, the write-off of ingredients not linked to substitution groups was not accounted for in the accumulated balances used to determine interchangeable substitutions ("replacements"), therefore interchangeable substitutions might not work.
