• The "Online balances" report filter selects the list of "Enterprises" for report generation;
  • The properties of the "Enterprises" determine the QushSvc instances that will access the r_keeper V7 SQL databases;
  • The connection settings define the pair "r_k SH Pro Database + RK7 SQL Database";
  • Sales for the current computer date are selected from the r_keeper V7 SQL database.

An r_keeper V7 Sale — closed (paid) orders, including returns.

  • Based on r_keeper V7  menu item (dish) sales, the list of expended ingredients is determined;
  • "Current sales of ingredients" (for each Department) are subtracted from the current r_k StoreHouse Pro balance (for each Department);
  • "Online balances" is generated.
