For enterprises where it is necessary to create a menu plan considering the caloric content of dishes, the Request Caloric Content report is used.
Select a request/group of requests in the list and use the context menu item "Request Caloric Content". The Request Caloric Content report will open.

Goods item (Code, Name, UOM) — the name, code of the goods item, and the unit of measurement by which the goods item is displayed in the report.
Quantity — this field displays the quantity of the goods item from the Request.
Weight in g. — the weight in grams of the total quantity of the goods item in the row. The weight is formed from the sum of the "output" values of the goods items on the set card. For correct weight display, the gram unit of measurement must be present on the goods card.
Set (Code, Name, Version, Period Start) — this field displays the name, code, version, and validity period of the Request's goods set.
In the Caloric Content section, the values of the fields Proteins (g.), Fats (g.), Carbs. (g.), Kcal are calculated relative to the values entered in the goods card on the "Main Parameters" tab with the "calculate caloric content" flag set. The values of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates are calculated for each set ingredient relative to the quantity specified in the "Net Weight" column. When using alcoholic products in the set, the Kcal field accounts for the caloric content of the alcohol, calculated by the formula. The calculation is also based on the "Net Weight" column. All values in the Caloric Content section are calculated considering the quantity of the goods item in the Request.
Scope of Application; Raw Material Requirements; Finished Product Output; Production Basis; Requirements for Presentation, Sale, and Storage; Organoleptic Indicators; Microbiological Indicators — these values are filled in on the Set card in the Other (Misc.) section.
