Starting from FoodFactory version 1.0.12-4, the ability to view sets from the Set Assembly and Collation Statement documents has been added.

For the Set Assembly document

Collation Statement

You can view the set's contents and print it. To view a set, click on its name.

The set's contents will be displayed on the screen, which is for viewing only. Filling the set occurs in the r_k StoreHouse Pro database.

On the "Calculation" tab, goods that are components of the set are entered. The "TTC" (Technical-Technological Chart) tab contains sections; Output in finished form; Cooking technology; Scope of application; Requirements for raw materials; Basis of production; Design requirements; Organoleptic indicators; Microbiological indicators. Filling the listed sections occurs in the r_k StoreHouse Pro database and is not mandatory. All entered information is used for automatically filling out the unified form of the technical and technological chart and its subsequent printing.

If the set contains a semi-finished goods item, a "Produce" flag will be set next to it. For example, for the goods item "Breadcrumbs SF", the "Produce" flag is set and the "Breadcrumbs SF" set is available for viewing. To view the Set for a semi-finished goods item, click on its name in the Set column. As a result, several tabs with sets included in the main set card can be opened simultaneously. You can view them simultaneously by switching between tabs.

For goods for which an image name is specified in the r_k StoreHouse Pro database and the corresponding settings have been made, a picture icon will appear next to the goods item in the delivery note . When viewing a set, for goods with an attached picture, the goods item image will be displayed on the Calculation tab. If a picture is attached to a semi-finished goods item, its image will also be displayed in the set.

To print the set, click the [Print] button. The preliminary view of the Technical-Technological Chart will open. In the print preview window of the document, you can print it by clicking the [Print] key. The document will be printed on the printer specified in the print settings for delivery notes. The document can also be opened in PDF format.
