A modifier in r_k StoreHouse Pro is a change made to the main product set (addition or subtraction of an ingredient).
To make changes to the product composition, the product must have a defined set. The modifier's own set must also be defined.
An empty modifier set is not considered an error and is not included in the "Estimated Expenditure" report. The user must independently determine the list of modifiers requiring write-off.
When writing off ingredients from the modifier set, interchangeable goods are NOT USED.
