Fixes

Fixed the problem of deleting a discount from a Guest (when assigning it after checking in with a loyalty card for a guest) when changing the number of guests (adding/removing).
Fixed screen scaling issue for S1F2 Saturn 1000 device. Now all buttons fit on the screen.
Corrected calculation of the cost of the menu item in the price mode "Portion per standard portion" on the order screen. Now the cost of the menu item is displayed based on the price for the specified portion on the menu item card.
