The Plugin Update section tracks the installation and update status of plugins on White Server agents.

To get to the section:

  1. Log in to the admin panel using Dealer ID
  2. Go to the menu item Plugin Update. A page with information about the current plugin update will open.

Selecting Plugins

To update a specific plugin:

  1. Go to the Select Plugins tab. A window will open with a list of all plugins in the corporation.
  2. Sort plugins using the filter:
    1. AgentGuid — Agent GUID
    2. Plugin Version — The version of the plugin that needs to be updated
    3. Restaurant code — the code of the object.
      Click the Find button.
      You can fill in both fields or one of the fields.
      If you need to clear the filter, click Clear.
  3. In the list, select the plugin you want to update, click +

    The plugin will appear on the right side of the window.

    You can update plugins on multiple agents at once. To do this, click + in the row of each agent.

  4. Select the version to which you want to update the plugin:
  5. Click Update.

The update process has started.

Current updates

To view the status of the process, go to the Current Updates tab.

The window displays information about all updates:

  • Update Start — date and time when the update started
  • Agent — agent GUID
  • Plugin — plugin name
  • Update to — version to which the update is assigned
  • From — initial version of the plugin
  • Updated to — version to which the plugin was updated. Displayed after the process is complete.
  • Status — current update status
  • Error — error with which the process ended. Displayed in case of an error.

If the process ends with an error, restart the update. If this is not possible, contact technical support.
