The release of White Server version 1.68.3 and White Server Agent version 2.9.1.9 on November 11th, 2024.

This time, the largest part of the improvements is devoted to the localization of White Server – the ability to use the product in English and for the European region.

  • When installing White Server Agent, you can now select the installation language and server region.

The servers are isolated and not synchronized with each other. When choosing a server, keep in mind that integration solutions, including r_k Delivery and the objects themselves, must operate in the server's hosting zone.


  • Added a form for accepting a delivery order at the checkout in English. The form language is applied automatically if English is selected at the cash register and when installing the agent.

  • Now, two new parameters can be passed in the GetMenuByParams request:

    1. Dish parameter joinMode (Addition to order): Separate line for each portion or Merge.

    2. Dish parameter freeCount (Number of free items): For modifier schemes and combos.

Integrators, including those working with delivery services, will now be able to configure the correct addition of dishes according to these settings in the manager station.

  • We have learned how to obtain object codes from Store House 5 through the GetAgentInfo request. Now, the object code, as a primary and unified identifier for an establishment, links all products within the r_keeper 7 ecosystem.
