Depending on the number of guests, when printing a guest check, you will be given the following options: Entire order, All guests, and a specific Guest.

Printing a total guest bill on order

To print the total bill for the entire order, select the option Entire Order and tap Guest bill (PreReceipt).

Regardless of the number of guests, a single guest bill will be printed per order. An icon will appear in your order indicating the availability of a bill for it.

And in the list of orders, such an order acquires a black background and receives the status Full guest bill (Full PreReceipt).

Printing individual guest bills for all guests

If you want to print separate guest bills for all guests, select the Guests total option and click Guest Bill (PreReceipt).

Guest bills (PreReceipts) will be printed for each guest. In the order, there will be icons indicating that each guest has a guest bill. 

And in the list of orders, such an order will have a black background and receive the status of Partial Guest Bill.

The number of guest bills depends on the number of guests and the availability of shared dishes. If there are no common dishes in the order and there is a guest without dishes, then the guest bill for the empty guest will not be printed. All shared dishes of the order will be proportionally distributed among all guests of the order (guests without dishes are also taken into account).

Printing a specific bill for a particular guest

If you need to print a guest bill for a specific guest, select the guest from the list and click Guest Bill (PreReceipt).

A guest bill will be printed only for the selected guest. An icon will appear in the order indicating that this guest has a guest bill (preReceipt).

And in the list of orders, such an order will have a black background and receive the status of Partial Bill.

When printing guest bills, shared meals are divided proportionally to the number of guests and are included in the calculation for each guest.

After printing the common guest bill, editing the order will not be available.  Access to the menu will be closed, and if you try to make changes (for example, delete or move dishes), the system will issue a warning:

To be able to edit your order, cancel the guest bill.

Selecting a station for printing a guest bill

By default, the guest bill is printed on the printer configured for the station under which the application is running.
If several stations are configured for the restaurant in the manager module, you can choose the station at which the guest bill will be printed.
To do this, go to the menu Settings > Additional Settings > Select Station for Guest bill Printing and mark the necessary stations.


After confirming the operation to print the guest bill (PreReceipt), you will need to select the station whose printer will perform the printing.

Selecting a print layout for a guest bill

If only one station is configured for the restaurant in the manager module, with multiple printers (print layouts) set up, you can choose a printer (print layout) for printing the guest bill.

To do this, go to the menu Settings > Additional Settings and enable the setting Choose Layout for Guest Bill Printing (PreReceipt).

After confirming the operation of printing a guest bill, you will need to select a layout.

If several stations are selected for guest bill printing in Additional Settings and the setting Choose Layout for guest bill Printing is enabled, before printing the guest bill, first a window will open where you can select the station, followed by a list of its layouts.
